Disclaimer

Naseeb shall provide matchmaking services to the Participants under the terms and conditions of this agreement. 

1. Purpose of Service: Naseeb is a matchmaking service aimed at assisting Muslim individuals in finding suitable marriage partners in accordance with Islamic principles. This service is open to individuals who are marrying for the first time, as well as those who are divorced or widowed.

2. Confidentiality: All information provided by the participants will be kept confidential and assessed individually. Upon finding a match, Naseeb will contact the Participant via the provided contact information.

3. Age Requirement: The service is available only to individuals aged 18 and above.

5. Registration Process: Participants must register themselves, and upon receiving their application, Naseeb will initiate the matching process based on common characteristics and criteria.

6. Introduction and Meetings: Once a potential match is found, both parties will be informed and provided with each other's profiles with due regard for the importance of confidentiality.

7. Role of Wali: In accordance with Shariah, it is mandatory for female clients to inform their Wali (father, grandfather, brother, uncle) in advance. Brothers being introduced to a sister must be introduced through the consent and supervision of her Wali.

8. Liability: Naseeb and any associated entities, including mosques, are not liable for the outcomes of matchmaking. Our role is solely to facilitate the process of finding a suitable partner in a manner pleasing to Allah

Naseeb Responsibilities:

❖ Cooperate with the Participant in all matters related to the services.

❖ Ensure that all standards and techniques used are of good quality.

❖ Perform the services with reasonable skill and care, following similar industry standards.

Participant’s Acknowledgment:

❖ Being unattached, single, and actively seeking marriage.

❖ Being at least 18 years old.

❖ Providing accurate information to Naseeb.

❖ Acting in good faith at all times.

❖ Taking personal safety measures when meeting potential partners.

Confidentiality and Data Handling:

❖ Confidential information will be disclosed to agents and consultants. 

❖ Confidential information will not be used for any purpose other than to perform obligations under this agreement.

❖ All data supplied be handled with care and returned upon request.

❖ If participant decides to opt out afterwards, all data provided will be deleted and removed.

❖ Once participants find a match and want to opt out, all data provided will be deleted and removed. 

Registriation Fee:

❖ Registriation Fee is the non-refundable fee you must pay when you register, which covers the administration costs of inputting and processing your details.

Declaration:

This agreement represents the terms and conditions binding Naseeb and the Participant regarding the delivery of matchmaking services. As the Participant, I acknowledge that I have thoroughly read and comprehended the terms and conditions, and I commit to providing truthful responses to all inquiries.
